Keymer developed out of Simon Keymer’s experience working at large, influential public relations agencies. His vision for Keymer is to provide the highest quality service in a business model that’s nimble enough to maintain a true focus on clients, personal service and attention to detail. The company was founded in 2005 and has built a strong track record in corporate communications, public affairs and crisis handling.

Simon Keymer
Lead Consultant
Simon Keymer is the founder and lead consultant at Keymer where he focuses on the development and implementation of integrated communications strategies. Prior to founding Keymer, Simon worked to establish the Washington, D.C. office for Financial Dynamics (FD), and, before that, in Washington D.C. and Atlanta GA at industry-leader Fleishman Hillard. Simon is British by birth and is a former British Army officer. He is a graduate of London University (BA Politics) and the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst.
Kristen Potter
Account Leader
Kristen Potter is an Account Leader at Keymer. Kristen works on corporate communications, public affairs and crisis management accounts serviced from Jacksonville and Washington, D.C. Her core business at Keymer is media relations with a sub-specialty in broadcast. Before working at Keymer, Kristen worked as an intern in Congressman Tom Feeney’s (R-FL) local office in Port Orange, Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville where she earned a Masters in Business Management and a BA in Political Science.
Megan McDonald
Associate
Megan McDonald is a Keymer Associate based in Washington DC. Megan’s expertise lies in issues management and public affairs. She gained solid grounding in government and media relations serving big-name clients in the Washington DC offices of Ruder Finn and at Berman & Company. Megan is a Political Science graduate of Yale University, in New Haven, Connecticut.
